What to expect

Apply

Pick the role(s) you're going for and send us your best work — no essay required, just show us what you can do.

Review

Staff look at every application — we judge the work, not how long you've been in the server.

Trial period

Accepted applicants start on a short trial — real requests, real feedback, so you know exactly where you stand.

Onboarding

You're added to the team channels, paired with a manager, and shown how our order/package pipeline actually works.

Ship

From here it's client work, packages, and a track record you can point to — some of it ends up in the Hall of Records.
